I had a great time at this hotel! The location is perfect, right next to Al Almain new city and close to major resort attractions. The rooms are spacious with beautiful sea views, but I found they lacked adequate lighting and could use a big mirror. While the staff, especially Mr. Sherif Fakhry at the front desk, was incredibly friendly and helpful, the service could be a bit slow at times. The dining options had a good variety, but the quality didn’t match the rest of the hotel. Overall, it was a good experience and a decent value for money.
